This song is originally by Uriah Heep and is one of the hits of my youth. I was just 17 years old when the Christ-bearers visited our region and e.g. performed the JESUS ballad. My heart was beating with excitement. GOD set the course that led my whole life in a completely different direction. From then on I only lived for JESUS - and then the music. We formed a band with cooking pots for drums, turned off the electric bass string because we got lost in the octaves... but I had found my way!
